Settling in the driveway revealed a failed metal culvert. We replaced it and corrected the inlet and outlet pitch to ensure proper drainage moving forward.

We removed an old concrete patio and deck surrounding an inground pool, but the project quickly evolved. The homeowners asked for help resolving backyard drainage issues and replacing a failing retaining wall. As we dug in, we uncovered more than expected. In the end, we tackled long-standing problems and delivered a more functional, attractive backyard they can truly enjoy.

This project started with a failed leach field. We coordinated with a licensed designer to draft a replacement plan, obtain state approval, and install the new system. As the project progressed, the scope expanded to include additional hardscaping to ensure everything was completed smoothly and met our standards, even in areas outside our typical scope.

In Spring 2024, we were brought in to solve a severe water issue. The backyard was unusable, and the basement required three sump pumps running constantly, even during dry weather. After identifying both surface and groundwater as the culprits, we regraded the entire yard to properly manage runoff. The transformation was dramatic and tough to capture in just one photo.
